Pinpoint performed a prime role on this development project. Our team was responsible for:

• Reviewing plans for compliance with minimum fixture requirements, fixture clearances, standards, and other basic principles of plumbing engineering in accordance with the Code created by the City of Chicago;

• Inspection of construction sites for contractor/public safety and compliance;

• Managing architectural/engineering, construction and other professional services contracts in support of the Engineering & Construction (E&C) Team in close coordination with team technical managers;

• Participated in project decisions regarding technical approaches, cost control, schedule control, change management, risk management and performance; and

• reviewed customer drawings and specifications and determine type and nature of structure involved and physical features of water facility.
