We're More Than Engineering
At Pinpoint we believe it is not enough to stand on the sidelines while our communities suffer from the lack of resources. This is why our firm is especially dedicated to helping improve Chicago’s most underserved neighborhoods and believes that our professional skills are a valuable asset that can be shared with the local community. We live here. We build here.
Making An Impact
How Do We Make An Impact You Ask?
Michael Bempah, President of Pinpoint and Englewood native, has taught a variety of courses at Dawson Technical Institute through IDOT’s Outreach and Diversity Program, YMCA’s Engineering Academy, the Young Women in Transportation program, the CHANCE program at the University of Illinois at Chicago, along with a great deal of Chicago Public Schools.
We launched a non-profit 501c organization, Building Strong Millennials, which is designed to educate our fellow Chicagoans on the importance of voting rights, financial literacy, entrepreneurship, and much more.
At Pinpoint we are proud to have some of the industry’s best consultants on our team. The experience, capability, and passion of our staff are the foundation for our success. We invest heavily in forming a work environment that fosters their growth and rewards them for a job well done. From participating in industry networking opportunities, to just plain old fun, we are redefining what TEAM means!
