At Pinpoint, community is at the heart of everything we do, as we actively invest in the next generation of problem solvers and community builders. Through our Bridging The Gap initiative, and the new Pinpoint Scholars Foundation, founded by Michael Bempah, P.E., we're encouraging stakeholders to support our efforts in implementing more STEM driven initiatives in our local schools throughout the Chicagoland area, and striving to build more awareness about the Architecture and Engineering industry.
Be The Change
Too often, talent goes untapped, not because of lack of potential, but lack of access. Pinpoint is committed to changing that by creating a community dedicated to empowering the youth, and encouraging access to the spaces, stories, and STEM pathways that have historically felt out of reach.
Our President, Michael Bempah, P.E, has taught a variety of courses at Dawson Technical Institute through IDOT’s Outreach and Diversity Program, YMCA’s Engineering Academy, the Young Women in Transportation program, the CHANCE program at the University of Illinois at Chicago, Excel Academy of Southwest, and a host of Chicago Public Schools. By investing in the next generation, we hope to inspire a new wave of innovators who are as passionate about community and sustainability as we are.
