Pinpoint Precision's "It Takes A Village" Engineering & Construction Initiative is designed to not only introduce our youth to the engineering industry, but to provide them with a level of mentorship, education, and guidance that will make a positive impact on the way they prepare for their future. So let us share with you why we are taking a step forward to be a resource for our youth.
Guiding Our Future Leaders
The students of this program will be working towards engineering their very own community pantry, which will provide perishable food items and other necessities for the homeless or less fortunate families in their communities; further instilling in the students a sense of positive community outreach. The goal of this initiative is to:

-
Addresses low interest and underrepresentation in STEM and construction careers by providing in depth career exploration.
-
Serves the youth on the south and west sides by providing experience in planning, project management, construction and engineering.
-
Connects students to long-term mentors from their own community.
-
Provides resources to help students overcome nonacademic barriers.
